Very very hard to find. Perhaps the best computer game strategy guide ever written. I thought I'd pass this along since I already have a copy.

Used, for a lousy $6.00. Can't go wrong.

Agree Zhukvo.......the EF2000 Strategy is one of the best that I have seen. I have several, including the TAW/ADF strat guide, and it is pretty good, but I still go back to the EF2000 strat guide for allot of simming info, as it is really a univeral guide. I have it sitting beside me right now!

You have the TAW/F22 Strat Guide??? You lucky devil!!! I'd give my right arm for that. Well..okay...maybe just a pinky.

Seriously, that's even harder to find than the EF2000 strat guide. And I hear it's even more comprehensive than its predecessor!

Yep, I have both the EF2000 and ADF/TAW Strategy Guides. They both are very good, but personally, I prefer the EF2000 Strat Guide as it seems to apply to just about any sim (well, sections of it anyway). What is particularly disappointing about the ADF/TAW Strat Guide is that there is a VERY limited section on the campaign in TAW....which is really what I wanted most from the guide. BUT, overall, it is a nice addition to my collection.

Yes, that is a bit disappointing. I was hoping it would have covered the TAW campaign system in more depth.

And you're right, the EF2000 Strat Guide is chock full of EXCELLENT general advice on combat aviation tactics.

Soon there will be an online TAW strat guide available. Various ones of us are working on pieces of it. You'll also see some appear at the ThrustMaster site this week and next...

Len..looking forward to that.

For those not in the know, here's the link to Len's TAW retrospective at thrustmaster.com:

BTW..that's a great article, Len. Just finished it, and it really conveys the atmosphere of using the innovative AWACS interface.

I would have snapped it up if I'd seen it sooner. My copy is falling apart
