Well not that serious.
Since I am interested in Russian A/C, I want to do a LaGG 3 on the Tony frame. The only pic I have showing a paint scheme is this one

Does anyone have any url's for Russian camo patterns? Is this a winter camo? Or is it similar to the early war Japanese practice of a lt.color paint that was varnished. Thus giving it a "cream" color? This color scheme will be impossible to do with the stock EAW palettes.AFAIK anyway.

Thanks loads Mus! Great site! Ok...what have you got in mind for that La-5 skin?

Right off I can do an early Yak-1...looks just like the Yak-7 with a different cockpit. The "bubble" type canopy didn't appear on the 1 until the 1b variation. And the LaGG 3 looks very much like the Yak 1. The ventral radiator is smaller and there is a larger scoop on the nose...need that 3dz editor... I like all the variations in color schemes too. You could develope quite a series of Russian skins. Russian Hurricanes,P-40's,Southern Front a/c,winter whitewashes...very cool!

That is, hands down, the scariest-looking nose art I have ever seen!

That nose art is hilarious in a scary sort of way. I would sure fly it!

Is that plane's tires flat?
