This just posted at Sturmovik forum...This is the question: For what country would you wish to fly for in a future IL-2 product? A. United States, European theater (For example: P-51, P-47, B-17, B-24...) B. United Kingdom (For example: Spitfire, Hurricane, Lancaster, Tempest...) C. Germany (For example: Fw-190, Bf-110, He-111, Ju-88...) D. Russia (For example: Pe-2, I-16, Pe-8, I-153...) ---------------------------------------------------- Please let us know which series of aircraft you prefer, and then why you would prefer to fly them in any sequel game. Those of you who have been in the sim community for ages, feel free to use statistics, numbers, rhetoric, or maybe even prior experience (you oldtimers!) in this discussion. This is for everyone who loves IL-2 Sturmovik to give an opinion on, we are looking for some honest insight on where to go next. Thanks for your responses! Now a new twist has been added....Okay, keep in it comin' folks. In a similar vein, if you could pick six flyable aircraft for each of the four listed countries, what would they be and why? Put my .02 in. BTW notice someTHING missing from that forum???????????????? -------------------- Check six & aim for the cockpit. "We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. When the loyal opposition dies, I think the soul of America dies with it. ."-- Edward R. Murrow He who sacrifices freedom for security is neither free nor secure" - Ben Franklin “I believe that freedom of speech should not be so abused by some that it is not exercised by others because of fear of smear. I believe we must not become a nation of mental mutes blindly following demagogues. I believe that we should never become mental mutes with our voices silenced because of fear of criticism of what we might say.” -— U.S. Sen.
