jimjim, I guess each individual skinner would have to answer that question for himself. In general, I think it really depends on each skinner---each one could have a different preference in that regard. Obviously, a skin designed by a skinner whose computer has a Voodoo card (3Dfx) will automatically be making a skin for all cards. The skinners with TNT cards would be the only ones who can decide whether or not to make their own skins 3Dfx-compatible. Here it seems to vary. Some skinners really seem like some of their best skins being TNT-only because they don't feel that the skin looks as good when 3Dfx-compatible and they like the "masterpiece" they have produced so much they can't bear the thought of turning it into a "duller" version! (and if you see what a beauty of a skin they've created, how can you blame them?) On the other hand, some TNT-skinners purposefully make their skins compatible with ALL video cards just so everybody can use them with no "compatibility" worries.
Of course, this only applies to aircraft skins. If we are talking about object skins, that's a whole different ballgame because the Voodoo cards seem to handle some transparencies better than TNT's!
