I've installed EEAH 1.1E and I´m able to get the AH Campaigns. But where are the Apache and Havoc Helicopters? They are not available in Blue or Red Force list.

your installed correctly. The screen where u pick the Comanche/ Hokum is confusing as your really picking the side.
So pick the Comanche on that screen and u will have access to both the blue Helos. Blaze did a fix for this. When in the Game Hokums/ Comanches will be listed under Attack / Recon Helos and Havocs/ Apaches will be listed under just Attack. If you look in the OOB on the lft of the campaign map you can see them listed like this and u can pick Apache flights easy this way
