Am I missing something, not doing something? About every chopper I hop in has less than 300kg of fuel, I have a low fuel light at the beginning of every mission.

from the fuel problem u are not running 1.45x patch , put that on and it might answer your other post question as well

it shouldnt happen, it possible for some as there a 10 minute turnaround time for AI helicopters. it's possible u pick a helo that hasnt been refuled or totally rearmed/ repaired.
Why i said about the 145x patch as earlier in MP games esp , wingman had fuel problems but with the lastest patches that was sorted
