Does anyone have this freeware utility or a link for it? It is very difficult to find, but I need it. If you only have the file itself, would you mind zipping it and sending it to shepardm@usa.net? Many thanks!

What does it do? End it all? That sounds bad!

Kilgore -

go to www.zdnet.com - it's under

downloads>Utilities>System Utilities....

or do a search on that page for "EnditAll"

It's there as I grabbed it a few months ago
from that site... it works great..... leaves
only Systray and Explorer running in background without having to fiddle with the
start menu....... everyone should use this
little gem......

You really dont need "end-it-all"
If you just want to shut programs off while flying or whatever, do the ctrl+Alt+delete and shut down everything except, explorer and systray.
But if you dont want programs/apps to start up everytime to re-boot or whatever...go to run on your start button...type msconfig and go to the Startup tab..un-check everything you dont want to start with boot up..again you can leave only the explorer, and systray if you like.....
Once un-check from msconfig it wont start again with boot up unless you want it to. Just re-check the program.
No sense having a program to stop a program if you dont have to....IMHO

The program really just saves the multiple
CTRL+ALT+DEL keystrokes you have to do in
order to remove the tasks.... this just has
one big button that you push and voila!!!!
all removed at once (except of course Explorer and Systray and whatever other programs you elect to keep running)

As one who used to ctr alt del ... enditall is one of the most time saving utilities I've gotten in a while. I highly recommend it.

Yes, EnditAll is a usefull utility but I recommend to shut down any resident antivirus (like Vshield) manually before running EnditAll because it really do not close it. You can check it, for instance, by running F2 with Vshield, Vshield closed manually and Vshield closed by EnditAll. The stuttering sound in the loading screen tells you that it is better to shut it down by hand.

Hope this helps
