Press ctrl-f whilst running the game and you should see the frame rate information at the top left of your screen. If you've got any tips on how to improve frame rates I'd love to hear about it! All the best.

Hi There; Things I have done that have improved frame rate include;Adding memory Copying the music elb file from the game to hard disk Turning off the in flight music Making sure nothing unessesary is running in the background while I'm in the game If I'm in a particularly "busy"mission(lots of aircraft, etc)I will usually turn off the cockpit(F12),and use pop-up instruments-usually speed, altitude, and artificial horizon. The resolution you run the game in does'nt seem to have any effect on FR,so set it as high as your PC will let you. I usually have terrain detail turned down, cultural set low,but I like object and effect detail set on high, and turning these down does'nt seem to affect the FR too much,at least on my PC I never use the 3d clouds-these run right off of the processor and are a big FR hit-I do use the cloud layers,as they often help me stay oriented. I hope these suggestions are helpful you might come up with your own just by taking notes while trying different settings.Good Luck and Good Hunting!
