I noticed folks looking for ... and selling ... EF2000. I'm not trying to keep anyone from making a buck but since I can no longer run it with my new system I'd be glad to give it up for the cost of shipping. I loved the game - what little time I played it - and for someone with a system that could use it, it would still be a great sim. I figure someone should be enjoying it instead of it lying around here, gathering dust.

I also have DID's F22 ADF lying around. Oh and I have Jane's F-15 and Comanche Gold from the Ultimate Flight Pack IV (no box and manuals on CD in .PDF). Anybody want 'em? We could work something out on these three titles, I'm sure.

If anyone lives near the Triangle or Triad areas of North Carolina we could meet somewhere for the transaction.

Hooked on Falcon 4 and EECH,

Snakum

holbrop - I should point out that if you choose the option "Install for Win95" instead of "Install for 3dfx", then EF2000 will run on any platform. The Win95 version isn't hardware accelerated but on the fast systems of today this means nothing - framerate will be 100% fluid at all times. And it looks just as good, if not better, than the 3dfx version, which tends to have a cartoonish look to the terrain.

Also, there is a campaign mod for EF2000 which fixes the aircraft inventories for NATO & Russia and makes the campaign a whole new experience: http://home.swbell.net/mbaxter2/ef2000.htm

MBax ... thanks for the info. I'm so wrapped up in Falcon 4 I'll probably never fly it, though.

Neon ... I guess Baxter answered that one. As far as shipping goes, I guess I could send it COD for the cost of shipping. I'm not sure if that's the best way, so if anyone has any ideas ...

I know it sounds funny to be giving stuff away but I'd really rather someone have these sims that will use them. I've got a huge list of things that I don't fly anymore. Jets , choppers, etc.

No it has always done that, but i managed to correct it when it was 3DFX DOS version.
SInce i can play it only in win now i don´t seem to be quite able to correct the problem. Beside i´m 100% Sure my FX force drivers are up to date.
I already send eat S... many support mourons that came with this kind of answers . After such kind answers from my part i am able to reach the second level and take da BOSS!!!
Which has to answer decently to maintain a good look of himself. This usually does it and solve problem.

Heretic

But has i´ve put ef2000 on a pedestral, and can´t play glide anymore (got TNT1, so ooooollld )there´s no prob.
