Can't seem to get the F-117 out of the general Nav mode and armed and ready to fire missles ...The ] (next AA weapon) key doesn't activate?
This is the only plane that this occurs...anyone else?... or am I forgetting to activate something so very simple?

the F-117 doesn't have A-A weapons, they only carry bombs, hit the next A-G weapon button.

Yep, jk is right. The F-117 is only loaded with two GBUs by default. It does not carry any A-A weapons, neither missiles nor a gun. Don't forget that this thing has been built to infiltrate, stay stealthy, make a deadly precise strike, and get away again undetected. As a figher, it would be outmanoeveured by pretty much any "normal" aircraft. The weapons loading bay is not all that big either, so the two GBUs are all it can take in that aspect.
Hmm.. but I know that an F-117 *CAN* take A-A missiles into the loading bay, but I think only Sidewinders, and just two of them. They are being lowered out of the loading bay so the missile seekers can be active. Furthermore it would suck to have them still retracted in the bay and then launching them .. riiiiight into the back of the cockpit sorta. Not nice
I think the F-117 is only supposed to carry Sidewinders when going after an enemy AWACS... I think I even read that in the USAF manual, in the chapter about the F-117, in the end.. or in the database inside of the game.. but I am pretty sure it was the manual. I haven't tried setting up a quick mission with an F-117 and A-A weapons load only yet.. would be nice to try! I'll do that some other time

i've had the same thing before but using a-g weapons. i was on a strike mission to destroy a radar and my bombs would go because i was stuck in nav mode, so i kamikazied into the dish a ejected before i hit the ground. i wouldn't mind to have some advice too.
