I told him that we needed to discuss details over at Kali tonight.

If he does show, I'm willing to bet that "due to technical reasons" he would be unable to fly. Any takers?

As for the Csim account, I have already publicly called him "too cheap". We shall see.

Ahhh...if YOU want him to do that, then YOU tell him when he gets on to Kali.

Anybody else think that maybe Canuck has spent a little too much time in the barracks polishing his helmet?

Well, he flew with me on Kali once.

If I can cough up the $$ for a subscription here surely he can....you must be right in calling him "too cheap".

Well Mane, if you got that far you would have realized I was picking up his weapons since my sten was out of ammo.

How does one unplug the joystick from that game......besides unpluging it from the back of the computer? Is there a way to do it in the system?

Nope, you have to do that physically. And be careful, Some devices will short (either the stick or the card) if you plug them in or unplug them while the computer is running. You are ALWAYS better off removing thingmies like this with the computer shut down.

And I should listen to my own advise. I unplugged and then re-plugged while my machine was running last night. Lost the cursor, mouse and joystick use. Had to re-boot and everything came back, but I think I now have to re-calibrate the stick again.

You can disable the gameport of your soundcard in Control Panel\System\Device Manager.

I'm sure you have to recalibrate Mane, if your FLCS is as tempermental as ours is you have to recalibrate once every 6 weeks or so whether you want to or not.

Sometimes this does not work. The only sure way is to disconnect it.

No Problem Jen.

I just found out the hard way that the "disable" command does not always mean disable.

Canuck, Gramps, Schatt: Target identification time. The "gent" in the middle (to the right of the fellow waving) is Yossi. Just so you know.
