...no... not yet though remnants of it remain in the program ... land at any runway or on the carrier to refuel and rearm ... hold down L to refule bird ... control W will rearm ...hope this helps.

On the Su-33, the inflight refueling probe is implemented.

If you switch to external view, and press 'R', you can see the probe extending on the left hand side of the cockpit.
