1968 - The Tet Offensive is winding down, VC/NVA units having gotten their collective clock cleaned by US/ARVN forces.

Yours truly was shuttling around Bear Cat, Dong Tam and Vinh Long looking for his new unit. Said unit was successfully located a few days later.

I Remember the Nixon speech regarding the release of all the POWs on a documentary and how some of the families of those still MIA weren't happy with Nixon.

What about the POWs that didn't come home? I also remember the stories about POWs being kept as prisoners. Was there any more about it recently?

All I know is that the "find the missing POW's" thingmie and reports of seeing them had dropped off almost entirely. At least no news reports I have seen anyway. I still see POW/MIA flags alot though.
