Herren und Damen!!

I am totally owerwhelmed- and jet –lagged, but I just had to thank all of you again!- And dedicate the following to the super ELF 2001 crowd, and TQM, HH, Schatt,Herr Doug & Gail in their absence….

Rommel’s Prayer for his special friends

Lord- you know how much I love each and every-one of these special guys and girls- and yet, my love for them cannot even begin to match Your love for them. Thank-you for the opportunity to have met Cobraj,Mane Raptor, Bilko, Donster, Lottie, Zhukie, Lady Z, Gramps, Lady K-Bar, Cannuck and Marilyn in person- thank-you for the special place they have in my life, and for being part of their virtual family.

I ask You to bless them richly with health. I ask You to give Bilkers, Don and Lottie the strenght to cope with the pain in their lives, and if it is within Your will, to heal them. I ask that You would bless my friends with success in their work and prosperity, and that they would always have enough to cope with demands. I also ask that You would give them emotional calmness and peace to cope with the demands in their lives. For those who are parents I ask that You would bless them with wisdom, I also ask that You would be present their marraiges, and that You will enrich their shared experiences and strengthen their vows to each other.

Dear Lord, but above all- I ask that You would touch them and be with them at all times, that this blessing be with them for the rest of their lives. I pray that you would remind them of this blessing, and that You would be King of all our lives. For thine is the power and strenght for ever and ever.

Amen

I'm sorry I missed it.

Herr Rommel, there are times when I almost regret selling you a Vickers Vimy, booking you on Kamekaze airways, and feeding you to waterbuffalo.

Almost

Pieter, with a lump in my throat, I thank you for the kind words and prayers. It was such a pleasure to meet you in person; it's too bad we're all so far apart, but at least we have the internet and the forum to keep us all together.

We're glad you arrived home safely. Take care and thanks again for your well wishes and prayers.

Rommel Mein Broer. I wish I got to say good-bye in person, but as you know being a Dad/Husband duty calls. I will treasure my time spent with you and all the rest of my virtual family. words can not express my gratitude to all that brought us together. We will meet again, I will make sure of it..
And I hope all of us that got together will be there , where ever it ends up! I'm glad you made it back safely home, and give the children and Lola a hug for me, and thank them for letting you go, so we could make the virtual family complete. S!

We were all sad to see you go, Pieter, and we hope that one day, we shall meet again. There's nothing quite like flying and hearing Rommel next to you saying 'Zhukie, vhere are yooooo?' You can't help but laugh. This was so much fun.

As Peter and I have said, if you can convince your bosses that there are very interesting (and hardy) citrus plants growing at -30C below in Montreal we would be glad to have you over at our house and show you the sights. And if you can't, come over anyhow.

Our gratitude and greetings to your family for having let you come over to visit your virtual family.

Tchuss!

It was great to meet you, Pieter! I hope very much that I can see your country sometime soon. It would be fantastic to see your homeland first hand and learn about all the wonderful people there.

Your prayers both at ELF and on the forum really touched me. I pray that you and your family will be blessed with good health and long, happy lives together. And also that God will return to you a small portion of the wonderful blessing that you gave me by being here.

I'll do my best to take good care of Grampy and get him back to the next ELF (like that will be hard to do!).

Take care.

Herr Rommel....got Battle of Britain loaded up yet? If so, how come you're not on Kali yet so that we can fly multiplayer?? LOL!!!

It was a great pleasure to meet you in person, and an honour to have you ventilate my keister whilst being tuned into the frequency of your relentless propaganda machine.

By the way, Choan Vain III forgot his Kamikaze headgear at ELF. Methinks the Emperor will have a 'very special mission' for him to carry out as penance....

Thank you Herr Rommel. I was looking forward to this event, not so much because of the great time I knew everyone would have, but for the opportunity meet each of you in person and shake your hand.

Although I missed out, everything I've read about it reconfirms my suspicions. There's good people here, and I'm happy to hang around with y'all.

S!
