Alain According to the two references that I have, the B 17 G started arriving in England in October of 1943. Production totaled 8,680 each of the almost 13,000 B-17 built. Could not find an exact date, but October 43 was mentioned several times as when the the first arrived. ------------------ Artillery adds dignity to what would otherwise be a vulger brawl!
