Not all that went out on those missions fulfiled it, that is they had some sence within themselves! Saburo Sakai tells of one such mission. WINGED SAMURAI.

Q: Can you identify the the IJN Kamikaze pilot with the most sorties attacking Allied Pillow factories? Is it...
A- Hiro Nichizawa
B- Izoroku Yamamoto
C- Toyota Honda
D- Chicken Teriyaki

The answer is D, Chicken Teriyaki, the only kamikaze pilot to have made 172 aborted sorties, all due to a rough running engine.

Tongue planted firmly in cheek ;-)
