Another thing that disturbs me when flying EAW. All imported PAW aircraft and their variants behave very strange at medium distance.

At long distance there's no problem in seeing them, but when you close in at a certain medium distance they suddenly disappear out of view. When you close further they suddenly reappear at close distance.

This appearing, disappearing and reappearing at various distances (with disappearing at medium distance) allways makes it difficult for me to make my attack. I fly towards my target but I am prevented to make small corrections in my fly path because my target becomes "cloaked". My target reappears only when I'm close (400-500 m) but then it's sometimes too late to make good adjustments (I'm flying too fast too avoid defensive fire and my target is flying evasive manoeuvres).

I think this (dis)(re)appearing at several distances is described in the planes.dat file and is part of ECA Panel. Could this be corrected, because I don't like to fly in theatres where there's a lot of these cloaked aircraft (mostly Pacific).

Another problem, from medium distance PAW bomber formations look like black dots in the sky (I jokingly compare it to "flies-sh*t") but I can live with it.

'Tis but a scratch. Your arm's off!!! No it isn't
Look, you stupid bastard, you've got no arms left. Yes I have. Look! Just a flesh wound.
