Got tired of waiting so I'm making a Mark I Blenheim (Mark IV is much too difficult!)

Should be an image there if I've understood the instructions.

S! Prune,

Fine work ... any chance you can make this picture bigger for a closer look? and where can we D/L her?

I’ve sent four different skins to Cord Hartmann to see if he likes them. If he does, you’ll be able to get them from there. I’ll post an announcement if this happens.

The skins are:

- European Theatre Blenheim (see above)
- Desert Blenheim
- Far East Blenheim
- European Theatre Beaufighter (closely related!)

To be honest, the Blenheims are not brilliant. They’re based (as you can see from the picture, I hope) on the Beaufighter skin by Emil, which in turn is based on the Me410. That gives a hump behind the cockpit which is a bit unrealistic. The engines are wrong too, and I couldn’t get the nose glazing to come out transparent. Still, they might do as a stop-gap until someone who knows 3D editing can come up with an improvement.

Very good skins.

I also had some thoughts some weeks ago about using my Beaufighter skin as a desert Blenheim.
The dimensions of both aircraft (Blenheim and Me-410) are the same (ofcourse not on the inch/cm).

I already converted my Beaufighter for the B-26/blenheim slot, but somehow I wasn't completely satisfied. So I deleted the files. Now that I see someone else using the Me-410 as Blenheim I think that after all I wasn't that wrong. I should have kept those files; now I'll have to convert them again.

Maybe in the future real Blenheim 3D's will be available.

The Blenheims aren't available yet on Cord's or Airbuddha's site.

Could you enigma mail them to me?

emil@pandora.be

Thanks! I have to use them above the Burmese jungle.
