Just upgraded to a GE Force2 vid card. Now, in WWII Fighters I get blue shimmering patches in the background. Running Detonator 3 drivers. Anyone know of a fix?

Hay i get the same thing when running directx but when i use opengl it's not there any more so in you ww2.ini file change the .API to 2 to look something like this.

[3DGraphics]

.API 2
.Device 0
.Width 1024
.Height 768
.ColorDepth 32
.ZBufferDepth 32
.VSync NO
that will change it to opengl set rez and color depth ect.. hope that helps some.

Thanks, that worked.
Anyone know of a fix for D3D? No big deal really, I got a pretty good framerate in openGL.

If you're talking about the "sky tearing"
effect in WWII fighters using a GeForce 2 card, that problem is common to all GeForce 2 users. Running in 32 bit color, rather than in 16 bit color, improves this problem somewhat (but doesn't cure it). Try running in 32 bit color and see if that helps any.
