If you have the US version, all you need is the 1.4.5X patch. Get the patches from http://www.razorworks.com
There's also a mod patch, but I don't have the URL for it, I'm sure someone else will post it for you.

You can get the MOD patches from The Pride site, but I would recommend that you get 'well-versed' in EECH before getting them. http://www.blackiguana.com/helocombat
