I just noticed, that I haven't patched to the 1.4.5x or whatever, but I have the 1.4.1C patch and the 1.4.5x notes didn't say anything about this.

If I have set the trim for fast movement, so that the nose is pointing downwards a bit and then I come to a stop and engage hover hold, the chopper will hover so that its nose is pointing down.

Looks silly :-)

Be careful with hover hold. I've had it crash the copter.

But is it realistic, that the chopper can hover with a steep nose down pose?

The helo will hover about 5 degrees nose down regardless of your trim. I think this is a bug in the flight model, because manual hovering produces a level hover.
