I love this old sim, but there is one thing that I would like to change. I know it is probably accurate but I would like to get rid of the two sections of canopy frame which show in the 2d cockpit view. Can someone help with this. I would do it myself if I knew which .3df file it was and how to extract the graphical information.

There is a utility for extracting .3df files but in my time creating HK skins I cannot remember seeing the canopy frames as a graphic.

Its been a while so don't quote me.

Hello Berry
The 2D canopy frame is located in the main .Dat file as a BMP but is compressed and hard to find.

The 3D canopy frame can be accessed in the Korea Textures dir, file VC_F.3df. The texus program will change this file to BMP to alter.
