I do fly MSFS2K for the ZONE.COM vitual
airline operations over multiplayer. Also
Im diggin the Bell Jet Helicopter.

However, every since I got my Creative Labs
Annihilator Pro DDR 32mb 3D video card -
MSFS2K runs a minute or two then page faults
EVERY TIME!!! Ive tried everything from
drivers to hardware config setting to game
graphics options to killing all processes
but the sim and Explorer under Win98.

Ive tried the MSFS2K hotline, still no good.
They couldnt figure it out. So I grabbed
my wife's Voodoo3 from her computer, and
now MSFS2K runs like a champ. This is with
the latest MSFS2K 2nd release of the 2nd and
final patch.

Which leads me to believe that MSFS2K does
not run with the latest CL drivers for thier
Annihilator Pro video card. I have tried
the latest Nvidia GeForce drivers for Win98,
but they were older than my CL drivers (driver dated 2-22-00).

Does anyone know any different?
If you do, Id like to know what drivers
youre using and what not.

try clean install and apply first patch only and see the difference. Another good thing to try is small program called cacheman (http://www.outertech.com). It has helped me to gain stedy 30-40 fps on my G400.

Im using Cacheman now. Seems like the
problem is two fold. My CPU box was too
hot, plus cacheman seems to have improved
things.
