usaf is giving me a number of problems can anybody give me any suggestions on how to fix them, i tried the 1.2 patch and nothing.
1.bobbing or porposing, my room mate who also has usaf dosn't have this problem so in multi player he can fly low and i can't. not good for me.

2.the sound dosn't always work. I shoot missles and nothing happens.

3. the altimitter on the hud changes between alltitude obove sea level and agl. this has killed me a couple of times because i got low and it switched to agl. then i flew over a hill and it switched back to sea level. i didn't notice this and went man i'm way to high. you can guess the result.

As for the bobbing, very hard to define this bug. I personally saw it only under bad flight conditions and mismatched flight models on uncontrollable aircraft (i.e. low speed) - but some people really insist on this point, so maybe it's some elusive hardware thing?

Sound - yeah, I know what you're talking about. Can't be sure about the cause though: my sound card is pretty cheap and weird, and can't serve as a proper test-bed.

As for the AGL/ASL altitude, it's not a bug at all. It changes automatically, depending on your current Master Mode (A/A, A/G, Nav) - actually it's pretty logical and easy to get used to.

And missiles - the one and only reason for not being able to fire (except a nogo/malfunc) is that the gear is down. Really the only reason I ever encountered in all my history of playing USAF and meeting other players.

Lord Bunker need to find out what your specs are on your comp. Are they the same as you room mates or different? First thing i would do is get your latest video card drivers, update your sound card drivers as well. What type of joystick are you using as well?
