I was wondering if you can change freely your altitude indicator from ASL to AGL because when you lower your landing gear, it switch to ASL ... I believe that it will be better to see your altitude above the ground. Also I was wondering if there's a way to change the default color of the HUD.

Jombala, I don't know about changing ASL to AGL, but to change HUD color's use the "H" key, I do not know of a way to "lock" your choise up for the next time you fly. I like to change mine (HUD color's) all the time, depending where I'm flying. Different colored HUD's work better with some terrain's then other's, so even if you could "lock" it, you would probably want to change it, depending on the mission.

When Betty tells you "Low Altitude" you better listen. She's serious! Seriously though, I'm not sure that's something you can freely do in USAF. The HUD color is easy, but the AGL/ASL issue may be a moot point. There are several little issues with this game I'd like to see changed, but even if they never are, I still think it's one of the most enjoyable games of its kind.
