There's no patch in fact there's nothing to patch. Why you guys insist that this game should be patched anyway?

Well for one thing Shosho, while playing multiplayer, enemy fighters will just hang suspended in mid air, being completely indestructalbe you can not get rid of them, it becomes very distracting when in a knife fight with other enemy fighters who are not frozen, and only want to splash me!

On other missions, you are supposed to do sead suppresion and none of the enemy radars light up, and they do not even fire on you.

In one mission you take off in an F-117 and promptly run out offuel.

I am not saying it is a bad game or anything, in fact I think it is a blast, but it does need some patching!

I couldn't connect to the EA FTP site via my browser, so I connected with my FTP client and went to the location that the link on the web page specified. There is no USAF directory in the patch folder. The link is up on the web site, but there's no such file. What's the deal?

Shosho, I've got a great sim for you, it's called ProPilot, it was designed by those nice people over at Sierra, buy it, I'm sure that you'll love it! They had 5 or 6 of those "un-needed patch" type things for their sim, but I'm quite sure that you'll do fine without them.

Regards,
Slick

You can patch if you use the Windows Startup
Programs and go to USAF and used the auto patch command.

calvinman:Maybe you bought a pirated one he....he...he...my only complain on this game it is so slow there's no sense of high speed everything is in slow motion. We just have to time compress but it disables the in-flight sound.Well anyway they just release a patch hopefully it will address this concern(very slow).
