If my memory serves me correctly, the Mig23 was on the ground, even though the announcement was that your wingie splashed a mig23

I have actually had an A-A kill with an
AGM-65. I was on a strike mission in an
A-10 and all the flights that were supposed to be on CAS had been shot down. Now, I had two Aim-9s to protect myself, but I had used them already. A couple of helos came into the mix and those had to be taken out. I noticed I had a few extra Mavs, so I decided to give it a whirl. Sure enough, it worked!
Splashed two helos with the AGM-65s.
I was surprised as you were, JK.

I iced a few Sue's in the air in the demo with my Mavericks.

This "GAME" has less realism than a great majority of the novalogic F-22 sims.

Heck, Chuck Yeagers Air Combat is more realistic in a number of ways.

jk, yep in SOME ways here in Singapore, we get games SLIGHTLY earlier. Having said that, the support varies, depending on the co. As there is an EA office here that does the duplication for the SE Asian market, we get the gold copies to duplicate from the good 'ole US of A. What this basically translates to is that the masters get duplicated here for the South East Asian market, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philipines etc. However, this seems only to be the case for EA/Jane's titles. We had to wait a month for Flanker2, and around the same for F4. No news on DI's SH still, but there're tons of warez versions around the pirate shops. Won't advise getting warez for sims. In fact, several simmers here DO NOT get warez versions, contrary to popular belief amongst the local populace. This is simply 'cos we see warez games mainly for other games which require less reading up. Games like perhaps, Quake etc. Even then, warez versions do provide a sortta demo, though loading it is ill-advised by us simmers. Much better to wait and see with regards to bugs than to load a warez version to "test" it and let it screw up my entire system.

With regards to shooting down a/c with mavs, think I'll give it a shot tonight, hehehehe
