Hello everyone. My buddy, who benefited from your kind words and generosity, just finished posting his thanks over at SimHQ. Since he does not have a membership here, I thought I would copy his post and place it here for your benefit.

Hello folks,
You only know me as "Pharaoh's friend" but my name is Bill Goucher, aka "Gooch" or "lil_green_man", and I've been the recipient of Operation Uplift.
I've been trying to think of something appropriate to say since "Thanks" seemed so pitiful in comparison to the time, effort, and money, not to mention all the wellwishes.
But as time has gone by I knew that I needed to get on here and say something.
I have to thank Pharaoh, who I have called a really good friend of mine for 10 years (quickly moving into the number 1 position) for all his work co-ordinating this and building me a set of badly needed shelves for the tons of games and manuals I have received.
I want everyone to know what an improvment the system has made in my day to day life, especially during the chemo cycle days (violins in background).
Seriously after spending a lot of time thinking about it, I guess the best way to express my gratitude IS a simple, sincere, and honest "Thank You All"
Here's hoping to get to know you all,
Bill Goucher

Once again my friends, thank you. It wouldn't have been possible without your help.

Sincerest regards,

Mike "Pharaoh" Sherman
