To all you:
I'm very sorry, but I can't stay. As for Cookie and much others non-US residents, this fee means here about R$80,00, plus the taxes for transferring the money. It's not a huge value, maybe, but it's more than I can afford (for now, at least) just to read / post in a Forum. Economical situation here is not the best, to say the minimum; in the last five years inflation has eroded salaries in more than 70%, and federal servants (like me) had not a single cent of reposition in all this time. So, with wife and two sons going to University, every R$ counts, and every day more... I understand Doug's reasons, of course, and wish him the better. But I will have to go, maybe to another forum. Thanks a lot to all you for all you give me in these 14 months... it will be hard, very hard, to stay away, but have no choice. Really not a good way to start New Year...
