Yesterday I was shot down by Su 25 (average pilot
settings ) in CAC. So far not too interesting,
but this armoured bird turned on the spot and
point its nose directly on my Sue while flying
at cca 160 km per hr. (<100 mph)! I was turning
tightly pulling 8+ g and had no chance!
Question: is to the sky belauded Sue flight model
good for something else then to flying OVER
and UNDER brigdes all round Sevastopol if we
have such miraculously modelled AI fighters?
Oh, sorry I forget H2H missions....

P.S: I'am looking to next patch VERY impatiently,
(hoping this issue will be adress there)
'cause I've bought THE Combat Flight Simulator
and I was never interested in Novalogic like
products and have been flying Su 27 sims for
a few years...

Maybe it's me but have you noticed that the "average pilots" are not really that average. They seem to be rather good at there job of making me look bad...well....maybe i am just bad!...

Punky you certainly are not the only one who looks bad. I tried a simple mission to take on the F117 with just guns. Well..i think they got the graphics wrong because it looks like F117 but might as well be the F22

I suppose now might be a good time to raise the point that the F-117 mounts neither a gun or AAMs, so any sort of fight should be a bit one sided.

So,has anyone actually been shot down by a F-117?

If so, maybe a patch is in order for this.

Granted, it's not a fair fight, but speaking for myself, I always had to set up a mission against F-117s (I did it in F15 as well as in F2), just to see how close you have to get to get a lock. Sims are fun, aren't they?

I tried a flight against a F-117 on excellent....

I'm now more inclined to believe the UFO types who claim that UFO technology was used in the stealth fighter,the damn thing went into orbit
