Perhaps I'm missing something, but I read the announcement that Thustmaster is dropping the F-22 and TQS and that really disturbs me. I have tried and looked all the others, Suncom, X-36 ect, and none can match the Thrustmaster stuff, IMHO. (Of course, they can't match the price either, but that is another matter... :^) Are they being discontinued to make way for another high-end setup? (USB?) Or is TM in a death spiral?

I've looked around on the net and no one seems to have them anymore. I would have thought that Thrustmaster would have anounced that they will discontinue them in "6 months" to push any fence-sitters into a purchace before closing up shop.

I feel like I've got to be really careful now, no more Rock'n'Roll without fear. I'll have to fly like a little old lady. :^)

Matador, out.

Thrustmaster was bought over by Guillemot. Let's just hope they come up with a better programming interface. Their current utility really sucks. It's so bad that they are recommending programming utilities by others!

Thrustmaster told me that no new "Top of the Range" gear will replace the F22 F16 etc. They say they're concentrating on the Top Gun range.....whatever that means.

Meanwhile as a brand new comer to EAW who was recommended the TM stuff, can anyone tell me the next best option?....please...

Pedals? Yep. I've got a pair of CH ProPedals jacked through my PDPI L4 Gamecard. Works great.
I'm waiting on my beta Thomas Enterprises Pedals, though...
