Taking on a Focke-Wulf in IL-2 Sturmovik with a MiG or a LaGG is like using a pea shooter. What to do? Try the big guns of the Yak 9T or the P39 series.

That was a nice piece, Len, though I think you may be the only guy I know that's ever 'recommended' the P-39

I do think it's great, however, to see the less glamorous planes in use. I currently have IL-2 uninstalled while I decide on a new video card. But I look forward to playing it again soon.

Yes, thanks Len. I guess I will give up on my Mig 3 and try the P39. I don't know if it will matter. I have never had so much fun being horrible at a sim.
